Optiml provides independent guides, tools, and calculators designed to help you understand saving, borrowing, investing, and planning. We may also show comparison information or link to third-party providers. Our service is free for you. We may receive a fee or commission when you click a link or take up a third-party product. This commercial relationship does not affect how we present informational content.

We provide general information only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consider seeking professional advice tailored to your circumstances before making decisions.

You may print or download a single copy for personal, non-commercial use with all copyright and source notices intact. You must not modify copies, remove notices, or use content separately from accompanying text. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Site may link to third-party websites or products. We do not control or endorse third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. If you choose a product, the third-party’s terms (and privacy notice) will apply. Ensure the product is suitable for your needs before applying.

• If defective digital content we supply damages a device or digital content you own and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay compensation, provided you have followed our instructions and minimum system requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
